The process of obtaining extracts dried by spray dryer of the leaves of Eugenia uniflora L.(Myrtaceae), the present invention relates to a process for the production of dry extracts of the leaves of Eugenia uniflora L.(Myrtaceae) using the technique of spraying by spry dryer and additional way to use these extracts in pharmaceutical preparations, cosmetics and food.
