The present invention relates to a saline water hydrogen extraction system and process which is capable of generating pure water, electrical energy and hydrogen gas in a cyclic, feedback loop process, enabling their economic viability and without environmental impacts. the system of the present invention comprises at least saline water storage tank (1); the tank comprises electrodes to act as an electrolysis tank; at least one gas reservoir (2) for storing hydrogen generated by saline water electrolysis; at least one combustion engine (3), the combustion engine being powered by hydrogen from the gas reservoir and having a long axis where a plurality of alternators (4) is installed; wherein the plurality of alternators, when moved by the combustion engine shaft produce electrical energy, which is transformed into the transformers (5) which feed the electrodes of the electrolysis tank with electrical energy.
