The present invention is intended to provide a fall posture syndrome (eds) vaccine which is capable of effectively preventing eds and can be provided stably. To solve this problem, an eds vaccine is provided which comprises, as an active ingredient, a fused protein in which a polypeptide with a coiled formation unit is attached to the globular region in the eds virus fibrous protein (edsv).
