摘要

abstract "macrolide compounds and their use in hepatic phase malaria and related disease". A new quantum-based computational process for drug discovery and design has been used to identify new potential hepatic phase antimalarial therapeutic molecules. The approach has combined the latest advances in big data in the development of high yield bioassay with fundamental scientific knowledge to generate new pharmaceutical leads. Several molecules without previous association with antiparasitic activity were identified. These molecules and their use in preventing and / or treating plasmodium infections are provided.
