The present invention relates to a method of alarm information processing comprising: an ems acquires a first set of alarm information reported by a vnfm, wherein the first set of alarm information is generated by vnfm after vnfm analyze a correlation between alarm information from at least one nfvi and alarm information from at least one virtualized framework manager (vim); ems acquires a second set of warning information reported by a vnf, wherein the second set of warning information comprises alarm information from at least one virtualized network (vnf) function; and ems analyzes a correlation between the first set of alarm information and the second set of alarm information and allocates a configured work order for the alarm information with the correlation. Also described are a network element management system and an alarm information processing system. By adopting the present invention, a cross-layer alarm information correlation can be performed, and the number of work orders can be reduced.
