The present invention provides mir-155 oligonucleotide inhibitors and compositions thereof. The invention further provides methods for treating cancer, such as a T-cell lymphoma in a subject by administering to the subject a mir-155 oligonucleotide inhibitor. The invention also provides methods for reducing or inhibiting malignant t-cell proliferation by administering a mir-155 oligonucleotide inhibitor.
