The present invention relates to novel compounds with low cytotoxicity for blocking the ubiquitination proteasome system in diseases. Accordingly, these compounds may be used in the treatment of treatment disorders including but not limited to cancers, neurodegenerative disorders, inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders and metabolic disorders.
