The present invention provides the tricyclic 1,4- benzodiazepines of new logical formula (I)Ketone derivatives and pharmaceutical composition containing them.In addition, additionally providing formula (I) compound for treating and/or preventing illness relevant to the change of glutamic acid signal transduction and/or function and/or the illness that can be influenced by the change of glutamate levels or signal transduction in mammals and containing their pharmaceutical composition.The tricyclic 1,4- benzodiazepine of formula (I)Ketone derivatives can be used as the regulator of the nervous system receptors sensitive to glutamic acid, especially as the regulator of metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR), this makes them particularly suitable for the treatment and/or prevention of acute and chronic nerve and/or phrenoblabia.The present invention also provides the tricyclic 1,4- benzodiazepines of the formula (I) of the positive allosteric modulators as metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR) regulator, particularly the positive allosteric modulators of mGluR, more specifically mGluR3Ketone derivatives.
