Controlled release multilayer films of volatile substances adsorbed on a solid support and use. The present invention describes mono and / or multilayer controlled release devices of volatile liquid substances and their attainment. The multilayer films consist of one or more layers of natural and biodegradable polymer and a layer containing the polymer and volatile liquid substance adsorbed on a solid support. The films were tested and showed antileishmanial activity.
