The Invention describes a topical Cosmetic formulation comprising Active Compounds, Capsaicinoids and Saponins from extracts of fruits of Capsicum spp.And leaves of Ugni molinae, respectively; for the treatment of Mucosal subcutÁneo gelodes fibroedema (cellulitis).The Synergy of both extracts provides a never observed effectiveness, given the mechanism of Action of the active compounds present in the extract from the Fruit of Capsicum spp.Ugni molinae and leaves, which are useful in this AFECCIÓN; constituting an alternative effective topical.
