The present Invention is directed to a process for the manufacture of biodegradable Synthetic Polymer Material which is in the process of Bonded phases, pelletized,Extruded; and Sealing.In addition, The Invention discloses degrading substances involved in the first three stages (A, B, c) in which the degrading substances include Betaine (C5H11NO2), cassava starch, (C6H10O5)Carrot Carotene (C40H56), Water, carbon monoxide, glucose C6H12O6: Corn and a carboxylic acid of 1 to 6 carbon Atoms.
