The vertical final setting tank (2) is provided with an immersed perforated pipeline (4) for collecting the clarified water. The perforated pipeline (4) leads into the collecting sump (5) for clarified water provided with at least one overflow edge (6) and the drainage pipeline (7) of the clarified water. The drainage pipeline (7) is provided with a closure (11) enabling level increase in the final setting tank (2) and transportation of the floating substances into the collecting sump (8) of floating substances.
