PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR EXTERNAL APPLICATION CONTAINING DEXKETOPROFEN SALT AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF

The invention relates to the field of medicine and the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a medicament containing a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent for external use which has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, as well as a method for preparation thereof. A pharmaceutical composition is proposed, containing dexketoprofen trometamol and the target additives dimethylsulfoxide, ethanol (96%), carbomer, neutralizer, flavorant and purified water. The composition preferably contains as a carbomer a hydrophobically modified cross-linked polyacrylate carbomer Carbopol® Ultrez 21 Polymer, as a neutralizer tetrahydroxypropylethylenediamine (Neutrol® TE), and as a flavorant lavender oil. A method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition is also proposed. The claimed medicament has a high analgesic activity and prolonged efficient anti-inflammatory action. Dexketoprofen in the formulation of the preparation is very stable and does not precipitate in case of contact of the drug with air, which eliminates risks for the quality of the drug during its production and the efficiency of the action when used by patients. When rubbing the drug into the skin there is no rolling into clots and excessive stickiness. The proposed method for preparation of the composition eliminates risks of obtaining an inhomogeneous preparation and simplifies the technological process.
