The invention relates to the field of nanotechnology in examination of nanostructures in biological fluids using optical tools, and may be applied in medicine to dignostics of cancer or other diseases, particularly at early stages, and as well for assessment of treatment efficiency or mass prevention screening of population. The non-invasive method for laser nano-diagnostics of cancer diseases comprises measurements of time-and-frequency fluctuations of light-diffusion intensity in supernatants of patients' centrifuged urine samples using laser correlation spectroscopy technique in 1-106 Hz range, determining diagnostic index values by calculation of mean-square deviations of measured time-and-frequency fluctuations of light-diffusion intensity of patients' urine samples, and diagnostics of diseases based on analysis of diagnostic index value positions relative to allowable interval.
