The present invention relates to a combination, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit for treating infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa or diseases related to such infections in a human or animals, comprising β-hairpin peptidomimetic of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates or solvates thereof and also tigecycline or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates or solvates thereof. The invention further relates to the use of the claimed combination, pharmaceutical composition and kit for treating infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa or diseases related to such infections in a human or animals. The invention also relates to a method of treating infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa or diseases related to such infections in a human or animals, comprising administering to a subject the claimed combination and/or pharmaceutical composition and/or kit.
