Apparatus and systems for implementing the method of short-cycle adsorption are provided. The method of short-cycle adsorption may include passing streams through blocks with layers of adsorbent in order to remove impurities from the stream, such as water. As part of the process, a block with adsorbent layers is blown through with a purge stream that flows from the overhead stream of the methane distillation column. In this configuration, the dewatering system using the RCTSA method is integrated with a cryogenic extraction system.
