A uniform solid particle, including calcium nitrate and micronutrients, especially zinc, in the form of zinc nitrate, a particle composition including these particles, a method for manufacturing these particles, and their use as fertilizer, especially for fertilizer. A uniform solid particle containing at least 50% by weight of calcium nitrate (calculated as Ca (NO3) 2),0-10% (by weight) of ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate; 0.01-0.2% (by weight) of at least one micronutrient, of which at least one micronutrient is present as a nitrate.
