The invention relates to a reactor tank comprising a tank shell and a framework structure for supporting the tank shell. The framework structure consisting of a first end frame means (7) at a first end (2) of a central shell (1) of the tank shell and of a second end frame means (8) at a second end (3) of the central shell (1) of the tank shell. A first end wall (4) and a second end wall (5) of the tank shell are formed of a plane plate and extending transversely of the central longitudinal axis A of the central shell (1). The first end wall (4) is attached to the first end frame means (7) and so that the second end wall (5) is attached to the second end frame means (8). The invention relates also to a mixing apparatus.
