ROADMOBILE LABORATORY PRODUCING OIL FROM PITS AND SEEDS WITH THE COLD EXTRACTION METHOD

Novelty: a complete roadmobile laboratory producing oil from the seeds and pits of fruit with the first cold pressure method is disclosed. Constitution: the machinery and equipment of the laboratory in question are adequately arranged and sheltered inside a specially-designed metal container for being self-transported or towed and finally installed on the fields where the under-treatment raw material is produced. It is composed of a hydraulic press, an oil-liquid separator, oil and waste cisterns-vessels, a fruit-washing machine and a shell crusher for fruit with pits. The container sheltering the laboratory comprises: internal folding metal sheets for the rear two-leaf door, folding floors for the rear and side door, folding covers for the rear and side floor and space furnished with a particular two-leaf door and destined for the sheltering of a power-generating engine; Advantages: moving of the laboratory to the raw material production site; use of the same equipment and basic machinery for oil production from pits and seeds; in-situ management of the water destined for the washing of the fruit pits and the solid waste derived from the olive oil processing; retrieval of the precious-to-the-pharmaceutical industry- substances from the above daily stored-up waste; production of first cold pressed olive oil of high quality.
