The invention is composed of: the water tank 1, a vertical multi-form inversed funnel, the central duct 2, the water outlet(s) 3 getting narrower from the base to the propeller(s), the water return ducts 8, the return valves 3, the propellers(s) 4, the power generators 6, the rotation shaft(s) 5, pumps conducting back water to the central duct via the return ducts, which pumps are actuated solely by the motion of the shaft and not by generators. The invention provides, via the above components and the same quantity of up-and-down moving water, perpetual high-generation power, clean globe and unpolluted environment with no need of using other energy sources such as oil, lignite, carbon, gas, wind, nuclear and photovoltaic power generation.
