The present invention relates to enzymes having endo-1,4-beta-xylanase activity, in certain embodiments in combination with enzymes having endo-1,3(4)-beta-glucanase activity, and the uses thereof in the production of food, feed or beverages or in brewing processes, especially malt beverages like beer, in order to reduce off-flavour.
