ESTIMATION KIT FOR SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF THREE COMBINED PURE DRUGS NOVEL FORMULATION BY UV SPECTROPHOTOMETER

The present invention deals with development and validation of a novel simultaneous estimation method of three combined pure drugs and its novel formulation by UV spectrophotometer. A novel formulation is prepared by three combined active drugs and is designed to be release immediately/sustained after administration for the treatment of spasmodic and muscarinic. The novel formulation of three combined pure drugs which comprises preferably Diclofenac sodium, Pitofenone hydrochloride and Fenpiverinium bromide, is simple, rapid sensitive, economic and validated.
