SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDENTITY RESOLUTION OF CANDIDATES

A system and a method for identity resolution of candidates are provided. The method includes, normalizing candidate data received in multiple formats into a pre-defined format based on a plurality of models. The candidate data comprises of plurality of records and a record comprises of one or more attributes. Systematically matching the plurality of records to identify a set of matching records. A first level matching is based on distinct attributes to categorize the records into a plurality of buckets. Performing a second level matching within each bucket. Computing a record-level score for the first set of records, wherein the records having the record-level score greater than or equal to a threshold value are considered as second set of matching records. De-duplicating the second set of matching records to identify set of matching records and merging the set of matching records to create a complete record.
