摘要

Disclosed in the present invention is a novel, one step process for formation of silver nanoparticles using carbohydrate polymer mannan sulphate as reducing and capping agent. Additionally, the present invention indicated the targeting potential of the synthesized silver nanoparticles to skin and its associated macrophages.
