The present invention relates to the field of extracting minerals from ores, particularly relates to a method of extracting recoverable minerals and metals from copper ore tailings (COT) and more particularly, to a beneficiation method that involves combination of gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-froth flotation-electrostatic separation to economically yield the recoverable minerals and precious metals from the copper ore tailings. Advantageously, the beneficiation method does not regenerate tailings.
