AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF ONLINE MONITORING AND OFFLINE INSTRUMENTS

The invention is for a system for integrating the online monitoring device of a textile manufacturing unit with the offline testing instruments wherein the online quality monitoring device comprises of plurality of sensors (3) mounted on plurality of production positions that continuously generate quality data of the production process and transmits the quality data whenever they exceed a pre- set quality parameter to the offline laboratory testing instruments (9, 10 10, 11 and 15) thereby benefiting the user to pay immediate attention to die method of he samples or production positions that deviate the set quality standard and enable immediate analysis of the cause of such defects signalled by die online monitoring devices, for initiating suitable corrective action. The invention is also for a method of integration of online monitoring device with offline testing instruments of a textile unit in accordance with the above system. Fig. 1.
