AN APPARATUS TO FACILITATE IN ROOT MACHINING OPERATION ON RAWMATERIAL BLANKS AND A METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus (200) to facilitate in root machining operation on rawmaterial blanks (22) and a method thereof is disclosed as shown in the figure 3, wherein the problems associated with conventional fixture (100) for straddle fir tree root machining on raw material blanks (22) like machining of one raw material blank at a time, high cycle time, need of skilled labour, low productivity, high machining cost etc., are eliminated by providing an apparatus (200). As a result, a simple apparatus (200) which can facilitate to perform straddle fir tree root machining operation on multiple raw material blanks (22) in less cycle time is obtained.
