摘要

The technical result of the invention is the creation of a biotechnical system consisting of combined blister pack elements which consecutively allow the delivery of a medicinal substance by different routes namely the peroral delivery of a solid average therapeutic dose and the sublingual delivery of a subtherapeutic dose. The daily combination of different routes for delivering a solid average therapeutic dose perorally or a liquid subtherapeutic dose sublingually represents an entirely novel structural unit for drug therapy and permits the effect of hormesis post adaptation. This previously unknown structural unit for drug therapy is permitted by laws of physics namely quantum spin spin and magnetic interactions. The advantage of a solid liquid form of hormesis post adaptation is that of eliminating the effect in the liver of first pass metabolism of a subtherapeutic dose of medicine while increasing systemic bioavailability by virtue of the superfluidity effect of water preventing the breakdown of a drug by hydrochloric acid in the stomach and the alkaline content of the intestines and increasing the resistance of the body. For these reasons the production of a pharmaceutical preparation consisting of a solid average therapeutic dose for peroral delivery and a liquid subtherapeutic dose for sublingual delivery in a combined blister pack has significant potential.
