The present invention relates to an insulating oil reloading device and an insulating oil reloading method of an X ray tube module which can facilitate through movement and defoaming of the insulating oil using vacuum pressure the supply and discharge of insulating oil in the X ray tube module and can prevent newly filled insulating oil in the X ray tube module from mixing with foreign matters and air bubbles.
