Billions of dollars and rupees are invested in research and development for vehicle safety, cheaper and better performing automobile equipment and machine. Now day"s automation in vehicles is ob¬served everywhere. Corruption and cheating are major issues in India. Peoples get cheated on fuel pump in daily life. People do not get accurate fuel for vehicle is major problem. Therefore fuel measuring techniques becomes complicated and equipment becomes sophisticated in design, manufacturing and to end use .Size and mass of equipment also the major issue in vehicle. But requires more cost, not economical, get cheated on fuel pump, not accuracy, People not satisfy from digital gauge indicator and analog gauge indicator. Before digital gauge indicator we are use analog gauge indicator. Now days mostly digital gauge indicator are Mounted on small or big vehicles, time consuming. Therefore a simple ,economical, small size, Automatic fuel measuring system is need of today"s Indian automobile tech¬niques .Which are able to do the same task in a faster, more reliable and high accuracy way than the digital gauge indicator system. Analog gauge indicator and digital gauge indicator overall production of this techniques complicated to design and production cost, more space requirement, Complicated to read out the accurate volume of the fuel, for read out this reading well educated person is required. In this way lots of the disadvantages of analog and digital gauges. Corruption created on fuel pump in India. All the fuel pumps import from foreign countries. So Indian people do not have properly information about imported fuel pumps, therefore people get cheated on fuel pump Before analog and digital method, measuring cylinder was used to measure fuel. That was openly measuring method. Which is operated manually. Due to temperature of measuring fuel change, So volume, mass, density of fuel also changes. Therefore people get cheated from fuel seller. In the all above manually measuring, analog gauge indicator, digital gauge indicator methods can not measure accurate fuel. In the analog gauge and digital gauge system only indicates the level of fuel. Analog gauge system is working on mechanical links with floats ,and digital gauge system is working on electronics equipment through the level sensing sensor. We can"t properly understand how many fuel is remain, people do not satisfy from these method. Indian people want innovation in these fuel measuring system. Vehicle are park at anywhere so fuel Isolating system of fuel tank is necessary for fuel efficiency nor¬mal temperature of fuels 10° c to 18°c.If temperature of fuel increase fuel get vaporized. To avoid the vaporiza¬tion only colour coating method is use as insulating material. This is not sufficient for fully fuel insulation, when we goes on the fuel pump for filling fuel in the tank. At that time we open vehicle fuel tank, fuel get vaporized from the tank. We have to need reduced that vaporization at the time of fuel filling.
