摘要

Abstract Design & Development of Portable LENA Charging Trolley (declared as non available by OEM) used in combat aircraft. Liquid cooling system is used for Radar cooling in fighter aircraft, for this lena is used as cooling agent. Liquid cooling system is intended for maintaining assigned temperature mode of equipment blocks. Heat given out by the equipment is dissipated by cooling liquid OZH-65 LENA flowing through two lines-main and small. Flow of liquid through lines is accomplished by pumps, one in each line. Heat from main line is dissipated by means of heat exchanger installed in fuel tank due to cold state of fuel. Heat from small line is removed by means of Air-Liquid Heat Exchanger installed in LH bay due to blowing of air on heat exchanger from SKV. The Main and small lines are connected to each other by two pipes-one for filling and other for compensating thermal expansion of liquid in small line on account of volume of expansion tank of main line.
