COMPREHENSIVE USER CONTROLLED HIGH RISE DESCENT AND EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE SYSTEM

This Invention is a Comprehensive High Rise Descent and Escape and Rescue System, with controllable descent speed, the maximum speed can be adjusted by the User within a fixed limit that cannot be exceeded. The system comprises of two invented components, the Descent Device (1) and the Self Rotating Arm (2), the other two components are the Synthetic Static Rope (3) and the Body Harness (4). The Descent Device is attached to the Rope hanging from the Self Rotating Arm. The Body Harness holds the User securely to the Descent Device. The Self Rotating Arm when loaded with user™s weight , rotates position of the rope-hanging point from inside the building to a arms-length from the building™s outer-wall face for safe descent. After User dismounts, the Arm rotates back . A single Rope and Rotating Arm can be used to rescue multiple escapees from the same launching spot.
