In present invention, the power factor would remain high in the entire controllable speed range. The common mode voltage will proposed technique is expected to be almost zero Because the algebraic sum of instantaneous values of the stator voltage would be near zero. The three phase induction motor can be started with soft start using duty ratio control. The duty ratio at the time of starting would be low & gradually increased as the motor accelerates to the required running speed. With proposed technique the overall drive efficiency is expected to be higher without any additional power factor improving technique
