The psycho-electro control device in the present invention comprises of, the psycho-stress monitoring unit, the psycho-stress control unit, the programmable unit and the object device unit. The psycho-stress monitoring unit use skin resistance variation for monitoring the stress in the human mind. The psycho-stress control unit in the present invention further comprise of, the temperature control unit, the color control unit and the audio control unit. The psycho-stress monitoring unit connects through Bluetooth with the psycho-stress control unit, programmable unit and the object device unit. The programmable unit in the present invention is connects with the object device unit via Bluetooth. The method of analyzing and treating human stress using psycho-electro control device initiated with monitoring the stress in the human by the psycho-stress monitoring unit which compare the calculate stress value with threshold value and directed to the psycho-stress control unit in adverse case. The psycho-stress monitoring unit continuously sends data to the object device to displays the status and measurement of the stress. The programmable unit analyses the data from the said psycho-stress monitoring unit in the programmable unit and stores the outputs and also sends text message to the consultant if required.
