The present application relates to a novel series of 1-(1-((dimethylamino)methyl)-substituted1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-3-(4-(5- phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)phenyl)prop-2-en-1-one and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and further relates to a method of using such compounds, and process of preparing such compound.
