ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention named as Rotatable pair of quadrant sectioned concave sunlight reflectors, reflecting sunlight on movable solar energy absorber� is a solar thermal energy collection device, relating to Physical sciences The said device comprises of following components. 1) ˜An interconnected pair of quadrant sectioned concave cylindrical sunlight reflectors™ comprising of two quadrant reflectors along their outer edge such that they have common chord lines. Said reflector reflects most of incident sunlight towards said absorber. 2) Shafts connected at either side outer ends of interconnected joint of said ˜interconnected quadrant reflectors™ to form a common shaft having longitudinal axis coinciding with lateral axis of interconnected reflectors. Said shafts support said reflectors�, and allow turning of said reflectors around said shaft. 3) A ˜means for holding solar thermal energy absorber is provided to hold or house the solar thermal energy absorber. It is either a metallic frame� or an airtight transparent thermal insulated container fitted with transparent sheets along its all longer vertical faces. It is fitted with wheels either at its bottom face, or at its top side� for supporting said absorber and to allow forward or backward linear movement along length of said rails for its proper orientation. 4) A ˜solar thermal energy absorber™ provided to absorb most of energy of sunlight incident on it. It is housed in said ˜means for holding solar thermal energy absorber™. 5) A base frame ˜for supporting pedestal bearings to hold shaft of the interconnected pair of quadrant reflectors™, and also ˜to support two parallel rails™, and all other necessary components and accessories�. Said rails support and allow ˜forward and backward linear movement of wheels of said means for holding or housing the solar thermal energy absorber™. At noon time, said absorber is oriented towards west side end of its supporting rails, and the said quadrant reflectors are rotated by 90 degrees to face the lowering Sun towards west to reflect most of incident sunlight on adjacent faces of absorber from noon to sunset. ˜At evening time or after dawn™ said absorber is oriented towards west side end of its supporting rails, and said quadrant reflectors are rotated on their supporting shaft towards east to face the rising Sun from dawn to noon to reflect most of incident sunlight on adjacent faces of absorber from dawn to noon.
