A method of preparation of silver nanoparticles from Summer savory plant comprising the steps of; (a) collecting the leaves Summer savory, washing, (b) grinding the leaves, (c) boiling the grinded leaves in distilled water, (d) keeping mixture obtained in step (c) on boiling water bath at 60°C for 20 minutes, (e) cooling, (f) centrifuging the cooled extract, drying the supernatant, t (g) Filtering the supernatant thrice in activated charcoal using double deigned water to remove unwanted pigments, oils, (h) dissolving the filtrated supernatant in silver nitrate solution, (i) keeping the mixture obtained in step (h) in dark conditions up to 12 hours to obtained silver nitrate nanoparticles , (j) centrifuging the mixture obtained in step (i) at 6Q00rpm for 20 minutes for 3 times by using distilled water to obtain pure silver nitrate particle.I
