Our inventicn relates to flexible nonwoven composites intended to use as padding material in winter over coat, winter jacket, winter riding clothes and in other articles where used as padding material for thermal, electrical and sound insulations quality. Specifically, this invention relates manufacturing of nonwovtn flexible composite by mixing and opening 50 weight % of Jute fibre more than 20 Denier, more than 80 mm length. 25-35 weight % of Hollow Conjugated Polyester fibre more than 15 Denier, more than 50 mm and 15-2 weigh % of Low melt Polyester fibre, higher than 04 Denier, 50-60 mm. Multilayer cross lapped blends undergone needling process, needling density more than 125 punches/cm2 comoression temperature 120-150 degrees C at a pressure 0 2-0.5 MPa. The weight of flexible composite is 200- 350 g/m2. This padding / filling material utilized in all kind of design paten, clothes and articles irrespective of its outer layer materials.
