摘要

The present invention relates to a process for enhancement of the heat dissipation property of the battery container of flooded lead acid battery manufactured by container formation process comprising adding of advanced carbon to the PPCP and master colour batch resulting in a compounded PPCP which compound is then subject to injection molding to produce battery containers (100) with enhanced heat dissipation properties thus dissipating the heat from the electrolyte generated during the formation cycle thus facilitating formation at higher currents, resulting in reduction in the formation cycle time.
