ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The device named as Half-hemisphere reflectors, quadrant cylindrical reflectors, and other cylindrical reflectors reflecting sunlight on solar energy absorber? is a solar thermal energy collection device. This device relates to physical sciences. The basic objective of the invention is to concentrate sunlight on a small area absorber to generate higher temperatures?, by means of plurality of different types of sunlight reflective means requiring only a few adjustments throughout day. The said device comprises of following major parts. 1) Plurality of sunlight reflectors of three types namely two half hemisphere shaped reflector, a rotatable pair of quadrant sectioned concave cylindrical sunlight reflectors, and two adjustable concave cylindrical sunlight reflectors? supported on a rotatable big framed structure to serve the purpose of specular reflection of most of incident sunlight. 2) A rotatable big framed structure provided for holding and supporting all necessary components and accessories of the device. 3) A movable solar thermal energy absorber mounted on rails fitted over said big framed structure (symmetrically on either sides of lateral axis of said big framed structure, and oriented in suitable position on said rails such that it is capable of receiving most of the sunlight reflected by said all three types of reflectors. 4) Detachable mirrors provided to inner vertical faces of said framed structure along either side outer vertical edges of said quadrant sectioned concave cylindrical sunlight reflectors, to ˜serve the purpose of re-reflecting the outward moving sunlight is inwards towards bottom side face of the ˜means for solar thermal energy absorption™.
