The present invention relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils, and in particular to a multifunctional vegetable cutter which comprises a vegetable cutter body. One end of the vegetable cutter body is provided with a vegetable inlet, and one side of the vegetable cutter body opposite to the vegetable inlet is provided with a vegetable outlet. A variable frequency motor is arranged in the vegetable cutter body, one end of the variable frequency motor is connected with a driving rod, and the other end of the variable frequency motor is provided with a controller. The other end of the driving rod is provided with a knife which is detachably connected with the driving rod, and the driving rod is provided with a clamping device. In the present invention, through detachable connection of the knife and the driving rod, different knives can be replaced when different food materials are cut or it is required to form different shapes by cutting.
