The invention relates to a scanning method and a scanning system which allow non-invasive X-ray inspection of the inspected aircraft from at least two different perspectives. The system of the invention includes: a mobile traction device; at least two scanning frames, each frame including a penetrating radiation source and a sensor array on the opposite side of the scanned aircraft.And mobile control center, all components are fixed in the transport mode or located on the mobile chassis.
