The invention relates to an intelligent 5-patch smart micro cell antenna array covering the GSM 3G and 4G frequency bands. The array uses the method of the fine element to model and simulate the base model. Our original idea was to design a new anti cheating device for mobile phones, which has the advantage that mobile phones are checking GSM 3G and 4G with the proposed solution,We can use a small mobile base station on the UAV, which moves independently in the inspection room to detect mobile phones in communication. This will address the major concerns of teachers and heads of education systems across the country. For this purpose,A new smart micro cell array antenna, which is installed in an automatic mobile UAV, is used to apply anti cheating technology in the inspection room. This will improve the conditions for review at the national level. The device of the invention is a smart antenna array for 3G, 4G and WiMAX technologies, and is suitable for using the anti knitting technology of mobile phone in the test center.
