The present invention relates to a plant development and production chamber, using a methodology for optimizing the process through a competitive and technological intelligence by controlling environmental variables. The present invention improves the seedling production process, from an Industrial Engineering approach seeking the optimization of agricultural processes through the application of new lighting technologies. The shortcomings of a traditional seedling crop method rely on its exposure to the environmental variables, and the lack of a guiding methodology obtaining better results, as well as evaluating said processes for proposing possible improvements. The seedling currently produced in the greenhouse is kept in constant stress due to high temperatures, and various adverse weather facts, thereby involving the decrease in the percentage of success of germination, poor seedlings, and less productive crops. The present invention allows determining the best environmental condit ions for the development of these establishing parameters for different crops.
