The present invention relates to a system for alarm and location of controllable vehicles by internet chat, allowing increasing the safety of the automobile. Said system includes an electronic card with a microcontroller, an OBD module two, a GPS module, an SD, at least one impact sensor, a noise sensor, a Bluetooth module, a relay, an H bridge, an actuator and a GPRS module, all of them connected to the electronic card. The system is also formed by web services for managing delivering and storage of information. The information is stored on a web server, and the query is performed through a mobile application and a web application. The user can interact remotely, through the internet or from a Smartphone with the vehicle, to know the geographical location and the events related to the safety thereof, such as the opening of doors, activation of the motion sensor, chest and trunk opening. The interaction is achieved by interactive chat, as well as a mobile native application and the in ternet.
