The present invention relates to a thermal cell system from tubes for the storage of heat with phase change material to different melting temperatures. Said system consists of placing inside a thermo-tank with working fluid, a device with encapsulated phase change material (PCM), such as paraffin compound or hydrated salts, which is responsible for storing energy in the form of latent heat of phase change (from solid to liquid state) or discharging the thermal energy to the working fluid, when it is at temperatures lower than the point of phase change (from liquid to solid state. The tube bundle is of 21 tubular elements (three rows of seven tubes) of aluminum contained PCM with melting point T1, T2 and T3, for each row respectively and supported by three bulkheads along its path within the thermotank. Also, the system allows capturing the energy from an external source and transforming the useful thermal energy through a working fluid for various activities of the domestic and indust rial sectors. The device takes advantage of the energy by charging the thermal-tank for a period of time and discharging it in a later period in which said energy is no longer available or sufficient, continuously supplying thermal energy to an external system and thereby, decreasing the dependence of fossil fuel.
