The present invention relates to a system and a process for physical and biological treatment of domestic, farming or industrial wastewater. The said system consists of a plastic deposit formed by the roto-molding technique with high resistance to bending and impact stress. Also, it possesses an arrangement of pipes and various chambers, in which the liquid treatment processes, occur, as well as the filtering, treatment, and expulsion of dehydrated sludge. The advantage thereof involves the efficiency increase, the elimination of bad odors, the optimal elimination of soluble and insoluble organic compounds, and the non-requirement of electromechanical systems for its operation. However, the use of pumps for the suction of sludge is optional, as well as the lower or null neediness for maintenance operations.
