Provided are a weight loss assistance device, a weight loss assistance method, and a weight loss assistance program which are capable of improving the reliability of a target value presented to a user, in order to assist with achieving a weight loss target for a value related to the user's physique. A smartphone 2 acquires, from a server 1, measurement data including a measured body weight of a user and a measurement date of the measured body weight, acquires, from the server 1, target zone data indicating a body weight target range for each day that passes after the day the user starts undertaking weight loss, said target range being required for the user to achieve a body weight loss target, and displays, on a display unit 25, information indicating the relationship between the body weight included in the measurement data of the user, and the target range corresponding to the measurement date included in the measurement data. The target zone data is generated by the server 1 on the basis of the measurement data of another user who has achieved the weight loss target in a similar environment to the environment in which the user is undertaking body weight loss.
