The present invention relates to a mid-dorsal subcutaneous vaccination apparatus for birds older than four weeks of age. It consists of a semiautomatic vaccination device for the application of emulsified vaccines, specifically for birds older than four weeks of age; subcutaneous vaccinal device, with a rotating clamping base, at the subcutaneous cervical level, in which, when placing the bird on the device, it allows its precise ergonomic biological application. It is especially useful and effective by being able to calibrate the length and the penetration of the needle inside the bird, which turns out to be one of its main attributes. Also, it allows the subcutaneous application of the vaccine in a specific area of ??the bird's neck and more efficient handling, since the bird remains in a single position in a firm and comfortable way, thereby applying the vaccine safely. Further, it does not come into direct contact with the syringe or the vaccine due to the restraint system and dep ending on the rotating base. An operator places the bird on the die with neck rest channel securing the neck with the neck support plate and neck support hook. Once the bird is secured, the rotary support base is manually rotated 45°, the die with neck rest channel with the bird secured to the exact position under the needle of the special syringe activating the brake piston of the rotating base through the actuation of the brake lever which activates the brake piston which in turn is coupled to the structural base by a brake piston base.
