An intelligent cloud outdoor advertisement player comprises a base and a box. The box comprises a frame, a transparent panel and a back cover; the frame, the transparent panel and the back cover form a cavity; an asynchronous control system, a wireless router and a high-definition screen assembly are disposed in the cavity of the box; and the wireless router and the high-definition screen assembly are respectively connected with the asynchronous control system. An advertisement interactive system comprises a terminal, a cloud management server and the intelligent cloud outdoor advertisement player. The terminal is used for collecting or editing advertisement data; the cloud management server is used for receiving and processing the advertisement data; and the intelligent cloud outdoor advertisement player is used for playing or displaying the advertisement data. According to the intelligent cloud outdoor advertisement player and the advertisement interactive system, outdoor damp is pr evented from intruding the inside of the cavity so that damp resistance is improved and service life is prolonged; the screen assembly outputs advertisement information with high resolution; high operability is achieved as users can update the advertisement information remotely.
